Be Still in RED

Hey beauties. It’s been a while, again. I’ve been focusing a lot of my time on my growing health and wellness coaching business. I’m also reconstructing this site to make it more of a destination for plus forty women rather than a personal style blog.

To be honest, I’m kinda tired of simply posting pictures of myself. I want to provide more of a service to my readers. So I figured covering other stories and beauty issues that are pertinent to today’s plus forty woman would be something awesome. So, i’ll be killing two birds with one stone: serving women and serving my need for style. So we’ll see how that goes. Some days it’s simple.

I like to wear this RED tee shirt every once in a while, when I want to feel connected with a cause that’s dear to my heart and to the people i’ve lost from AIDS. That’s another story i’ll share some other time. But the tee is from the campaign RED. Do you notice, I wore the shirt inside out? LOL….I didn’t realize until after the photo was take. When I want to be still and at peace, one of the things I do is sit on sidewalk benches and watch people and cars go by.

Does anyone else do that kinda stuff? It leaves me feeling so relaxed and at peace. Yes, something this simple.
