Fruit Water And Smoothie

In an effort to live well & be proactive with my exercise and fit plans, I decided to start indulging in fruit water and smoothies. Today, my first day was all citrus fruit water and fruit & spinach smoothie.

One of my major issues is eating frequently. I’m not a breakfast person, and tend to eat when i’m hungry; not good, because sometimes I end up eating once or twice per day. At this age lessening meals won’t work for my metabolism, and my goal to  build muscle and melt fat. It’s much easier for me to grab a drink and go. So, this takes care of breakfast. I’m working on another plan for the remainder of the day. Stay tuned.

What about you? Do you eat the recommended 5 to 6 small meals per day?

SMOOTHIE

Time to get rid of the inflammation that’s been accumulating in my body. Nothing like some natural fruit smoothie. No sugar added here. I made 3 individual cups used blueberries, cherries, pineapple and spinach in two of the cups for an iron boost.
