I was always a conscious and mostly (75%) healthy eater, but I’ve been consistently eating clean (nothing but fresh, organics) since February, thanks in part to my Morning Glory juice. And honestly, i’ve never felt better. Juices and smoothies have become my go to breakfast meal. This works wonderfully for me, because i’m not big on eating breakfast, and as a result, I often time end up skipping the most important meal of the day (no bueno). But, that’s no more. Now I drink my breakfast quite regularly and enthusiastically.
Here is one of my favorite breakfast juice recipes, Morning Glory!
It takes less than 10 minutes to prepare.
1 Handful Spinach
1 Handful of Kale
1 Celery Stalk
1 Cup Coconut Milk (Coconut Water or Almond Milk works great).
Combine, blend or juice and serve.
*Use within 12 hours to prevent oxidation
