Mountain Fog

Another foggy Saturday.  Seems like they just keep coming. Most of the time, when the weather is dull I tend to go bright. So today in honor of mother nature and her foggy disposition, I really brightened it up, with layers too. I hate wearing heavy coats in the winter so, whenever it’s not too below freezing, I layer up and go light on the outerwear.

When I originally saw this coat, back in the fall of 2012, I fell for it, hard. The mish mash of colors reminded me of a painters palette; simply unique. However, now that I own it,  I’m not impressed with the fit especially, the front, which is too square and doesn’t quite fall the way i’d like. Please pardon my lack of fashion vocabulary. But, I think more definition around the waistline would’ve been nice. Aside from that, I love the colors and the uniqueness of it. You can wear it with so many different color tops and bottoms. The possibilities are endless. Besides, i’ll be damned if my money goes to waste. You’ll be seeing more of it for sure

the coat is wonderful! i’ve never seen anything like it, which is always fun. it looks from the photos like it may have a bit of an a-line thing going on? anyway, i like how it looks on you. i also love that red hat and the setting on your ring.

Thank you. The uniqueness of it is why I fell in love with it at first site. I think there was a slight attempt at an a-line but, it never quite made it there. Love it anyway. And thank you for st0pping by…xo

Love everything about it. And I am not flattering you. Coat, hat everything.
The first photo looked as if it was set back in time and I was expecting a horse to turn up haha. Please keep on wearing the coat. Absolutely nothing wrong with it.
