Shopped My Closet Day 2

It’s shop my closet Day 2, and as my daughter would say, today is my bag lady look; a look I happen to absolutely adore. I’m a huge lover of layers, over sized sweaters and cardigans. There’s just something satisfying about loose fitting clothes draped around my body. It’s an unrestricted and free feeling.

The cardigan is beautiful and the hat looks lovely on you. As always, superb.

  • You are doing just what I should be. I have to say that you are the first woman I’ve seen that can make camo-cargos look this polished. A real tour de force, young lady!
This slow time of year for our little business means that I’m focusing on what I have in the closet already, and I have to admit, I really enjoy it. I’m also reminded that if I don’t think I’ll want to wear it in the late winter doldrums, I’d better not buy it in fall!
Have a great week … I’m taking the day catching up with people I don’t often get to see! Your blog is a pleasure I need to treat myself to more often.

    • Thank you so much. We can get so caught up in the fun of fashion and style, sometimes we forget to fall back and enjoy the spoils that we’ve accumulated. Yes, this is the perfect time to dip into our treasure chest of clothing and accessories.

You have an awesome week ahead and we’ll certainly stay connected…xo

    • Hi Jan, you are saying all the things I want to say to Dixie… Haha.
You have cut the grass from under my feet (this is a Dutch expression too).

  • Here is my own comment Dixie. I think the boots are really cute and I like the loose fitting style as well. Especially in the weekends. Like Jan I am not a camouflage lover. As a matter of fact I would never buy it. But you did manage to make it look good.

    • I know you’re telling the truth. You’re so chic, I could not see you in camo either…xo
